本產(chǎn)品按GB/T12706-2008《額定電壓1kV到35kV擠包絕緣電力電纜及附件 第2部分 額定電壓6kV和30kV電纜 第3部分 額定電壓35kV電纜》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn),同時還可根據(jù)用戶需要按國際電工委員會推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC、英國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、德國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB12706 or IEC、BS、DIN and ICEA upon request.
適用范圍Applications
本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓3.6/6kV~26/35kV輸配電線路作配送電能子用。
The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kV~26/35kV.
使用特性O(shè)perating characteristics
· 工頻額定電壓U0/U為3.6/6kV~26/35kV。
Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kV~26/35kV.
· 電纜導(dǎo)體的上限允許工作溫度:90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路時(上限時間不超過5s)電纜導(dǎo)體的上限溫度不超過2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.
(5s maximum duration)
· 電纜敷設(shè)時環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃.
· 電纜彎曲半徑:三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍;單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。
The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.

電纜額定電壓的選擇 Voltage designation
· 電纜的額定電壓應(yīng)適合于電纜系統(tǒng)的運行狀況,用U0/U(Um)kV表示。
U0-電纜設(shè)計用的導(dǎo)體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓;
U-電纜設(shè)計用的導(dǎo)體間的額定工頻電壓;
Um-設(shè)備可承受的“上限系統(tǒng)電壓”的上限值。
The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions
in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U(Um)kv Where:
U0-The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U - The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um- The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

A類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)任何一相導(dǎo)體與地和接地導(dǎo)體接觸時,能在1min內(nèi)與系統(tǒng)分離 B類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)僅包括單相接地故障短時運行的條件,接地故障時間應(yīng)不超過1h, 但在任何情況下,上限不超過8h每年接地故障總持續(xù)時間不超過125h; C類系統(tǒng)──不屬于A類、B類的系統(tǒng)。 System category A──This category comprises those systems in which any phase conductor that comes in contact with earth or an earth conductor. is disconnected from the system within 1 min. System category B─This category comprises those system which,under faultconditions,are operated,are operated for ashorttimewith one phase earthed.This period should not exceed 1 h..Fora longer period, not exceeding 8h on any occasion, can be tolerated.The total duration of earth faults in any year should not exceed 125h.
